Iconic Construction is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor specializing in exterior services. We're a locally owned and operated team based in the Twin Cities, serving the Metro, surrounding areas, and Western Wisconsin.
Our team is built on real trade experience — not just business experience. Founder Ryan Hansen has been part of the Minnesota construction community for 20 years, starting his career as a carpenter framing homes and running remodels before moving into estimating and project management. He spent the ten years before founding Iconic Construction representing a reputable general contractor, where he sharpened his skills in sales, project supervision, and business management.
That same hands-on foundation carries through every crew member at Iconic Construction today. We're a group of motivated, skilled tradespeople who take pride in doing the work right — not just managing it from a distance. With the high demand for quality construction and a real shortage of skilled leadership in the industry, we built Iconic Construction to fill that gap: a team clients can trust to show up, do the work with integrity, and see it through from estimate to final walkthrough.
